Had a fun party at mom's end of Sept. My friend Nolan helped me pick out the meat and he smoked it in his smoker and added his special secret barbecue sauce. Had a great turn out of 26 people. After 15 of us went dancing in Mesquite until 3 am. Had a blast.

Hiking the narrows

Took a fantastic hike through the narrows in Zions National Park with friends Tod and Kim. Perfect weather on a late September day. Spent a good part of the day in the water hiking up the river bed. The views were beautiful.
We rented special water socks and boots to keep our feet warm from the cold water.
